Stressful Job Raises Risk of Chronic Heart Disease

We are learning many things we can develop in the world and global society. One of the most important things we have done in recent years is that, contrary to the culture of the 1980s and 1990s, stress does not have a positive impact on their lives. Stress used in the sense that you were needed – that are important, everyone wanted something from you, so it stood out. Relaxed people are often in the lower end of the scale of the race, and even the social ladder. However, there have been many recent studies linking stress to the possibility of an early death – regardless of what others have to take precautions against chronic diseases like heart disease.

The factors included were the levels of cortisol (a stress hormone), heart rate, blood pressure, diet, exercise and smoking – and the critical factor is how they felt about their work. In a figure that can not be ignored, children under 50 years who thought their work was stressful were 70% more likely to develop chronic heart disease than those who thought they had a relatively stress free race.
We must distinguish here between good stress and bad stress. Good in general, stress is considered as the stress in short bursts, which is not maintained – it can be either physical or emotional. Includes exercise, – the whole world knows is a factor in preventing heart disease. It may also include short-term emotional stress, as the rumor that you are trying something new, or face a fear. Mal stress is prolonged, low level of stress – if your body is constantly exposed to high levels of cortisol, ie when the system can begin to go astray and increase your risk of heart disease.
Cortisol is one side of the double-edged effect of stress on heart disease. The other side is the fact that a stressful work often creates other lifestyle changes – people with high stress at work are less likely to choose fruits and vegetables for dinner.
